PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide accommodations for both private and public uses having both functions for private use of visitors (special visitors) in which an emphasis is placed on the privacy of the visitors who particularly desire to avoid contact with the others and public use of visitors (general visitors) who never want more than regular protection of privacy. SOLUTION: At least passages 6a and 6b for access to a place where reception and cashier are performed and accommodations 7 are formed by separating those for special visitors who particularly considers privacy to be important and those for general visitors other than the special visitors, and an access 8b for special visitors and an access 8a for general visitors are formed in the accommodations 7 on the separated passages 6b and 7a sides. Also, the passage 6a for special visitors is formed in a road allowing cars to directly access from general roads thereto and run thereon. The reception and cashier for the special visitors are performed by a single or separated non-face to face administration facilities 4 or performed only by a mechanical treatment.
