PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the output of a cast-rolling facility for continuous casting of aluminum strip and of improving it with respect to cost. SOLUTION: In the cast-rolling facility for continuously casting metal strip, especially, of aluminum strip, which has two counterrotating continuous casting rolls 1, 2 between which a casting gap is formed, a first casting roll is made of a copper material at least in its circumference region around the barrel and the other second casting roll is made of a steel material at least in its circumference region around the barrel.
