The invention relates to using substentially insoluble vegetable fibres embodied in the form of microparticles at least 90 % in weight of which has a size less than 700 mu m as ingredients for preparing a nutritional composition for reducing a mycotoxin bioavailability in a human being or an animal during ingestion of a food contaminated by said micotoxins.
