<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a data rate of 1:1/1.001 to transmission of either of two kinds of bit series data differing in data rate in common and to perform the transmission by sending and receiving bit series data having a fixed data rate. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is a memory part 20 to which one of 1st and 2nd word series data based upon two bit series data whose data rates are X/1.000 b/s (X: a positive number) and X/1.001 b/s is written with a write clock corresponding to the word rate thereof and read out with a readout clock common to 1st and 2nd word series data to obtain 1st N-bit word series data (N: a positive integer) or 2nd N-bit word series data into which identification data are inserted at specified word intervals, and bit series data based upon the 1st or 2nd N-bit word series data are transmitted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
