PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide contents data management apparatuses, the security of which can be ensured, when contents data are checked out among the plurality of contents data management apparatuses. SOLUTION: Each of the contents data management apparatuses includes: an encryption information transmission means for transmitting encryption information to encrypt contents data identification information; an identification information reception means for receiving the contents data identification information encrypted by using the encryption information; an identification information decryption means for decrypting the encrypted contents data identification information by using the transmitted encryption information; and a check-in permission request means for transmitting information to particularize the contents data to a server, in response to the decrypted contents data identification information to make a check-in permission request.
