PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise such as chatter noise by inhibiting vibration transmitted to a structure inside a casing of an instrument device, in the instrument device having a vibration source inside of the casing. SOLUTION: In this instrument device wherein claw holes are formed in the inner wall face of the casing of the instrument device, a rack having claws engaged with the claw holes are hung on the claw holes, and an inside structure of the instrument device is placed on the rack, the rack excluding its claws is not kept into contact with the inner wall face of the casing to prevent the generation of noise and vibration.
