PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for effectively removing snow ice adhered to a diagonal cable of a cable stayed bridge. SOLUTION: The device comprises a tension wire (12) extended from the upper end of a main tower to the lower end and giving constant tension, a wire receiving frame (20) arranged slightly downward from the upper end of the main power, a scraper truck (22) installed on the diagonal cable to remove snow, a scraper traction wire (24) for lifting a scraper truck, a truck receiving frame (26) arranged an upward part of the uppermost end of the diagonal cable to remove snow and relaying a scraper truck traction wire, and a frame lifting and lowering wire (28) for lifting and lowering a truck receiving frame.
