PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a reference voltage generation circuit which has excellent power source voltage-output voltage characteristics (power source variation characteristics). SOLUTION: A circuit is formed as follows: the collector of a seventh transistor is connected to a power source, the emitter of the seventh transistor is connected to the base of an eighth transistor via an eighth resistor, the base of the seventh transistor is connected to the power source via a ninth resistor, the base of the seventh transistor is connected to the collector of the eighth transistor via a tenth resistor, the collector of the eighth transistor is connected to the base of a ninth transistor, the collectors of a fifth and ninth transistors are connected to each other, the emitter of the ninth transistor is connected to the base of the eighth transistor, and the connection points are connected to the ground via an eleventh resistor. The circuit thus formed constitutes the reference voltage generation circuit in stead of a resistor of a usual reference voltage generation circuit. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
