PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve fast transfer of multi-bit data for speeding up data recording onto a memory. SOLUTION: Difference information of sequentially supplied multi-bit write data between write data, at the last time and this time is detected by functions of a comparator 21, a latch unit 22 and an ALU 23. It is determined whether or not the difference information between the last time and this time are the same with each other by functions of an encode unit 24, a latch unit 25 and a comparator 26. If the difference information is the same, a clock signal CL for writing the multi-bit data to a memory device 40 is speeded up by a frequency control circuit 11 so as to record the write data onto the memory device 40 at high speed.
