SOLUTION: An object in front of an own vehicle is detected by an object detecting part 82, and the operation of the operator of the own vehicle is detected by an operation detecting part 83, and when it is detected that the operation for stopping the own vehicle before the detected object has not been performed by an operation deciding part 84, an alarm is generated by an alarm generating part 86, and when a distance between the own vehicle and the detected object is not more than a predetermined distance, and when it is decided that the change quantity of the distance in each fixed time is within predetermined change quantity, calling the reminder to the operator for the object is stopped by an alarm generating part 86.
