PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an out-of-lane deviation detector capable of detecting out-of-lane deviation in which a vehicle is not in a roll-over state. SOLUTION: In the detector, the stroke accompanied by expansion/contraction of a spring 60 to constitute a suspension of a vehicle or a piston rod 50a of a shock absorber 50 is detected from a stroke sensor 40 (S10), it is determined whether or not the output signal of the magnitude to indicate the stroke longer than the output signal of the magnitude according to the stroke in a state in which the vehicle is in contact with a road surface is output from the stroke sensor 40 (S30).
