PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold assembly capable of miniaturizing a heater. SOLUTION: The mold assembly is equipped with a mold 2, the short cylindrical metal pedestal 5 joined to the mold 2 in a detachable manner in a state that the lower end peripheral surface thereof is brought into contact with the upper surface of the mold 2 and the electric heater 12 fixed to the inner periphery of the pedestal 5. A window hole 10 is provided to the upper surface of the pedestal 5 and the support device 11 downward protruded from the window hole 10 to support the mold 2 is provided to the pedestal 5.
