PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction in duration of life of cutting blades and to improve operation efficiency of cutting operation. SOLUTION: This cutting apparatus 1 has a conveying treatment apparatus 20 for dropping foreign matters while conveying a target treatment material S to be supplied, a shredding apparatus 40 for shredding the target treatment material conveyed from the conveying treatment apparatus and transporting shreds in a prescribed direction, a blower 60 for blowing out shreds transported from the shredding apparatus and a shooter 70 for transporting the shreds blown from the blower and has an input shaft 91 for inputting power. The conveying treatment apparatus 20 has a pair of first rollers 23 and 24 and a pair of second rollers 26 and 27 opposingly arranged above and below. The surfaces of the rollers are equipped with protrusions 29. The shredding apparatus 40 has a cutting rotor 42 equipped with a plurality of cutting blades 43 rotatable against a rotary driving shaft 42a and each tip part of a plurality of the cutting blades 43 is bent in the same direction. The blower 60 is arranged on the downstream side in the transport direction of the shreds transported by the shredding apparatus 40 and an adhesion preventing part 71 for preventing adhesion of shreds is formed in the shooter 70.
