The device has an ultraviolet lamp (3) arranged in an inner side of a housing and including an opening (12) at a front end of a base section (9) that is provided in a recess of a lamp holder (6). The lamp is placed in the lamp holder and interferes with the base section. The holder is provided with a pin (11), which receives the lamp. The opening and two lamp pins (10) are arranged in a common plane of the lamp.
