<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change over between the effectiveness and ineffectiveness of a correction function with simple processing. <P>SOLUTION: When it is decided that instruction operation of coordinates is stopped in a certain position, the measurement of a time when the instruction operation of the coordinates is stopped is started. When it is decided that a prescribed waiting time lapses before receiving operation input for instructing an end point of the drawing of a figure or the arrangement of the figure, the effectiveness and the ineffectiveness of the instruction coordinate correction function are changed over. When it is decided that the operation input for instructing the end point of the drawing of the figure or the arrangement of the figure is received, it is decided whether the instruction coordinate correction function is effective or not. When the instruction coordinate correction function is effective, the coordinates are corrected on the basis of coordinates of a grid closest to the coordinates instructed by a user. When the instruction coordinate correction function is ineffective, the drawing of the figure is ended, or the figure is arranged, in the coordinates based on the operation input of the user.
