<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect and determine unexpected leak of fuel evaporation gas from a fuel tank side with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: This mechanism includes a relief flow passage selector valve 5 provided in a downstream of a jet pump 4 in a relief line 3, a sub line 6 connecting the relief flow passage selector valve 5 and a vent valve 8, a first ventilation line 9 connecting the vent valve 8 and a canister 7, a second ventilation line 10 connecting the first ventilation line 9 and the jet pump 4, a ventilation selector valve 11 existing between the first ventilation line 9 and the second ventilation line 10, and an inner pressure sensor 12 in a fuel tank 1 side. Air can be drawn in the fuel tank 1 by surplus fuel flowing in the jet pump 4. The vent valve 8 is provided with a fuel receive tank 8a connected to the first ventilation line 9 and the sub line 6, a float valve body 8b, and a flow out part 8d. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
