PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel means for suppressing effect of the counter-electromotive force induced in an armature by magnetic field. SOLUTION: A plurality of stator coils 13 are moved in a direction, in which they get away from a rotor 20 by a hydraulic cylinder 15 as an operating mechanism. As a result, a number of pieces of magnetic flux in interlinkage with the stator coils 13 is reduced, and counter electromotive force induced in a stator 10 can be thereby suppressed. Since electrical connections among a plurality of the stator coils 13 are interrupted in regions in which the number of revolutions of a motor 1 is high, counter electromotive force can be more effectively suppressed.
