PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent personal information from being stolen, when a person who possesses a portable communication terminal sounds an alarm tone. SOLUTION: An alarm key switch 1111 is arranged at a prescribed position on an external surface part 100A of the portable communication terminal 100. A voice output part 105 generates alarm tone, when the alarm key switch 1111 is depressed. When the alarm key switch 1111 is depressed, a ciphering process part 108 generates ciphered data by ciphering personal information relating to an individual, stored in a personal information storing part 1091 of the portable communication terminal 100. A control part 110 causes a ciphered data preserving part 1092 to preserve the ciphered data.
