PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the improvement of handling power simply and at low cost by uniforming voltages applied to FETs connected in series in an off-state. SOLUTION: In a switch including at least three FETs connected in series to switch over a high-frequency signal, the width of a source electrode or a drain electrode of the FET10<SB>2</SB>positioned at an intermediate stage in the constitution of the series connection is narrower than the width of a source electrode or a drain electrode of the FET30<SB>1</SB>, 30<SB>2</SB>positioned at an initial stage and a final stage. By such a constitution, earth parasitic capacitance at the intermediate stage is reduced, and the improvement of the handling power is attained simply and at low cost by uniforming the voltages applied to the FETs connected in series in the off-state.
