CONVERSION LENS APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conversion lens apparatus which can be easily operated by securing the flexibility in setting magnification at a wide angle side and a telescopic side. SOLUTION: The conversion lens apparatus 20 is provided with a 1st lens barrel 24 for storing a 1st lens 22 and a 2nd lens barrel 28 for storing a 2nd lens 26. The apparatus is constituted so that the magnification of the whole optical system including the 1st lens 22 and the photographing optical system may be converted more to the wide angel side than the magnification of the single photographing optical system in a state where the 1st lens barrel 24 is mounted on the front part of the apparatus side lens barrel. The apparatus is constituted so that the magnification of the whole optical system including the 1st lens 22, the 2nd lens 26 and the photographing optical system may be converted more to the telescopic side than the magnification of the single photographing optical system 12 in a state where the 2nd lens barrel 28 is mounted on the front part of the apparatus side lens barrel and also mounted on the front part of the 1st lens barrel 24.
