PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DNA analytical device capable of unraveling the structure of a DNA in a short time. SOLUTION: This DNA analytical device 1 is provided with a solid imaging device 3. The solid imaging device 3 is provided with a transparent substrate 17, and is arrayed on the transparent substrate 17 matrix-likely with double gate transistors 20 as pixels. Spots 60 comprising probe DNA fragments having known base sequences are spotted matrix-likely within an analytical area 50 out of a photoreception face of the solid imaging device 3. Light-transmissive modulation parts 65 are dotted within an information carrying part 51 out of the photoreception face of the solid imaging device 3. Prescribed information is carried within the information carrying part 51 in a state of the information digitalized binarizedly, according to whether the light-transmissive modulation part 65 is coated in every of the each double gate transistor 20 or not.
