PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method for an antineoplastic effect of a BRM using an in-vivo model nonhuman animal and an animal capable of evaluating a medical effect of the BRM. SOLUTION: This evaluation method for an antineoplastic action comprises the following processes (1)-(4): (1) a process for preparing the guinea pig lymphaden metastasis model animal, (2) a process for dosing an examined substance to the model animal of the process (1), (3) a process for measuring lymphaden weight in the model animal, and (4) a process for executing the processes (1)-(3) as to the plurality of animals to evaluate the antineoplastic action of the examined substance, using, as an index, a threshold value determined based on a two-phase distribution of a histogram prepared based on a measured result in the process (3).
