PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hot water piping and its manufacturing method capable of reducing its manufacturing cost with respect to the hot water piping for circulating hot water used in a hot water heating system. SOLUTION: This hot water piping 1 has a going pipe 3 and a returning pipe 5 for circulating hot water, and a heat-insulating coating pipe 7 for coating the going pipe 3 and the returning pipe 5. The heat-insulating coating pipe 7 is molded by using a sheet of a flat heat insulating member having two parallel edge sides, and has hollow cylindrical parts 17, 18 for accommodating the going pipe 3 and the returning pipe 5 in a state of aligning their pipe axes, and a connecting part 19 for separably connecting the hollow cylindrical parts 17, 18 from a pipe end along the pipe axis.
