PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax the restriction for the inclination angle of a piston in engaging of a spherical part of the piston to concave spherical surface joints of a drive disk. SOLUTION: The machine is provided with the disk drive 4, which is integrally installed in a rotary shaft 2, and has a plurality of the concave spherical surface joints 3 in the circumference of the end surface, and the piston 7 having a spherical part 7a swingingly connected to the concave spherical surface joints 3 and slidably inserted in the cylinder block inside 5. The concave spherical surface joints 3 has an escape 20 to permit the concave spherical surface joints 3 of the spherical part 7a to be engaged and detached with the piston 7 inclined. The escape 20 has a shaft groove 20b penetrated by part of a piston rod 7b. A piston rod 20b and a cylinder inside surface contact 7c located at a deeper side from the piston rod 20b are integrally formed, and the shaft groove 20b is formed extendedly to a peripheral edge of the drive disk 4 to form the end at an opening end 20b1.
