PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stop valve unit or the like which reduces the number of stop valves to be installed when a plurality of faucets are installed. SOLUTION: On a primary side of a faucet body 10a, the stop valve unit 50 is structured in a manner that a passage for hot water or cold water supplied to the faucet body 10a is formed and a stop valve mechanism section 60 is disposed at the passage. A branch connection part is provided in the middle of the route of the passage. The region closer to the secondary side than the branch connection part in the passage is branched into a plurality of secondary side flow paths. The stop valve mechanism section 60 disposed at the branch connection part chooses between total communication or total non-communication of a primary side flow path, being positioned at a part closer to the primary side than the branch connection part in the passage, with the plurality of the secondary side flow paths.
