PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for lifting and tilting a vehicle of simple structure which can lift or push a vehicle over sideways to recover parts fitted to a car bottom of a wasted automobile and to check and repair the car bottom in a repair shop. SOLUTION: In this device for lifting and tilting a vehicle, a support 8 pivotally supported by a base 3 and to be fallen by operation of a hydraulic cylinder 6 is formed of an inner cylinder 8a and an outer cylinder 8b slidably fitted on the inner cylinder 8a to move forward and backward like a telescope, and structured that the outer cylinder 8b is moved forward and backward with a supporter 11 fixed to the outer cylinder 8b by operation of a hydraulic cylinder 9 for connecting the inner cylinder 8a to the outer cylinder 8b. The supporter 11 is provided with a fork lift 2 projecting toward a side in a lower end thereof, and a vehicle 1 placed on the supporter 11 is pushed over sideways with the support 8, and lifted by a rise of the outer cylinder 8b and the supporter 11.
