PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin packaging container containing a fluid filling bag, which has a trunk of a polygonal cylinder shape and an upper lid that is cut and raised to pull out the spout of the bag when a fluid is spouted, secures the strength against deflection of respective walls of the trunk, allows the spout of the bag, which is pulled out upon spouting the fluid, to be locked on the upper lid, facilitates a series of operations from pulling out to locking of the spout, and is manufactured inexpensively. SOLUTION: The packaging container comprises the trunk 1 of polygonal cylinder shape, the upper lid 2, and a bottom lid 3. The trunk 1 is of a double sheet, which consists of an irregular molded sheet 10 that has a group of independent recessions 12a on the outer surface side, and a flat sheet 11 that is stuck to the inner surface of the irregular molded sheet 10. The upper lid 2 has a cut/raised opening/closing part 6, which is pulled and raised to open a large opening 7a and a small opening 7b. The spout 5b of the fluid filling bag 5 inside the packaging container is pulled up to the outside through the large opening 7a, and the neck 50 of the spout 5b is fitted into the small opening 7b. A projecting piece 6b of the opening/closing part 6 is folded back to form a folded end, which is locked onto a downward stepped part 54 that is formed above the neck part 50 on the spout 5b.
