PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a piezoelectric plate or a laminate piezoelectric plate with a plurality of piezoelectric plates stacked and joined usable in a wide range for a deformation amount to a fixed voltage. SOLUTION: When piezoelectric element groups 252 of a level 1 and a level 3 in a direction X are arranged in the direction X, dots 1 of the level 1 and dots 3 of the level 3 are alternately formed in a direction Y. The dots 1 and the dots 3 are repeated by a high frequency (every printing pitch P), and therefore a size difference of the dots is hardly recognized visually. A size average of the adjacent dots ((level 1+level 3)/2) becomes an equal density to that of a level 2. Moreover, a dot size (density) as the whole of a printing line is averaged, that is, is made the equal density to that of the level 2. A printing quality is prevented from decreasing even if the piezoelectric plates of the level 1 and the level 3 are used.
