PELLET, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MOLDED PRODUCT COMPRISING THE PELLET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pellet capable of preventing the dispersion failure of a raw material in an extruder and capable of continuously producing a molded product for a long time using the extruder, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The pellet 1A is used for constituting the raw material of the molded product manufactured by molding processing and comprises a mixture, and is composed of a fine powder of a hydrophilic polymer, a fine powder of a polyolefinic thermoplastic synthetic resin, a fine powder of plant fibers and a fine powder of an inorganic compound and contains a predetermined amount of moisture. The particle size of each of the fine powders is 30-200μm and the moisture content of the pellet 1A is 5-30% of the whole weight of the pellet 1A and the fine powders are almost uniformly dispersed in the pellet A.
