The device has a cap (1) fully tilted over a top portion of a valve. The cap supports each tube with a collar ring (5) on two sides opposite to each other. A U-shaped clamp (6) encloses a valve housing, where ends of the clamp provided with threads (7) are run through each tube, and secured on the ring by nuts (8). The nuts are tightened only by a special spanner, and exhibit two lengthwise sections in a direction of its axis.
