The coupler has two coupling lines that are galvanically separated w.r.t. a ground layer applied to a ground potential. The coupler is especially a mulitlayer line structure comprising three metal layers separated by at least two dielectric insulating layers. A first metal layer presents the coupling line and a second metal layer has a line structure that is galvanically separated from the two other metal layers. The line structure forms minute series-connected capacitors between the three metal layers.
