<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein an LED lamp using a conventional light guide body is so structured as to use one LED as a light source to radially disperse light emitted from an LED and to emit it to the outside, being dark because luminance is low, and its emission color is a single one. <P>SOLUTION: By this application, light emitted from a light source of a plurality of LEDs 3 enters into the light guide body 4, and is internally reflected (totally reflected) on a primary reflecting surface 6 formed on the light guide body 4 to be formed into nearly parallel light, thereafter internally reflected (totally reflected) on secondary reflecting surfaces 8 and tertiary reflecting surfaces 12 by keeping it nearly parallel to emit it from the light guide body 4, and reflected on reflecting mirrors 5 to guide it generally in the radiation direction of a lamp 20. A bright lamp is realized by increasing luminous energy like that.
