<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exact warning by identifying a user or a user terminal where prints have been kept left on paper ejection trays. <P>SOLUTION: Using the RFID reader 150a of the paper ejection trays 52 to 54, a print job management part 1052 reads the RFID of an RFID-having clip with which prints are held together. When a predetermined time has elapsed without any changes in reading, the print job management part 1052 warns the user terminal 300 that prints have been kept left. In addition, using the RFID reader 150b of a recovery box 110, the print job management part 1052 reads the RFID of the RFID-having clip returned to the recovery box 110. However, the print job management part 1052 also warns the user terminal 300 that insert paper has not returned yet, in the case where it is determined that the RFID-having clip has not been returned to the recovery box 110 even after a fixed time (e.g., one min.) has elapsed although the prints have been recovered from the paper ejection trays 52 to 54. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
