<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-floor nursing bed structure which is so designed to acquire a Japanese-style living space made comfortable like a cosy private room by eliminating the mood of confinement felt as if the user were living in a pen and secures the nursing environment enough to let the user be devoted to the own care in the comfortable dwelling environment with a higher safety and comfortability. <P>SOLUTION: The low floor nursing bed structure has a low-bed floor 2 and a mobile type safety base 3, with the shape almost identical to the bed floor 2, which is pulled out of one side under the bed floor 2. A fall prevention fence 4 is provided to enable the acquisition of a Japanese-style living space like a private room and the mobile type safety base 3 is built as an intermediate landing-like function part which makes an intermediate receiving safety space for preventing falling.
