<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device whose number of parts is reduced to reduce manufacture costs and also with which a reflection mirror is easily installed and its posture is easily adjusted, and to provide a projector. <P>SOLUTION: The optical device is equipped with a swollen part 404A attached to the back surface of the reflection surface of the reflection mirror 424 and swollen in an out-of-plane direction of the mirror 424 and constituted as a part of a spherical surface; and with a mirror posture adjusting lever 404B attached to the back surface of the reflection surface of the mirror 424 and extended along the back surface of the mirror 424 and projecting from the edge of the mirror 424 when it is viewed in terms of plane. The mirror 424 is arranged along the side wall 401G of a housing 40 for optical parts. The side wall 401G has a spherical concave part 401M corresponding to the spherical surface 404A1 of the swollen part 404A at the installation position of the mirror 424, and supports the swollen part 404A by the concave part 401M when the mirror 424 is arranged at the installation position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
