<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of securing the mobility of an explainer making presentation, while reducing the number of devices needed. <P>SOLUTION: A laser pointer 101 is provided with a monitor 107. A memo or the like about the content of the presentation is displayed on the monitor 107. Using a switch menu displayed on the monitor 107, the operation of switching images indicated by the laser pointer is carried out by the operation of an operating part 105 provided at the laser pointer 101.
