PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output sound according to the result of a touch operation, or the operation as if directly touching a moving image object picture via a touch panel, to provide a player with a new operation feeling and experience, and amuse the player in a simple operation. SOLUTION: This music game device 10 includes a LCD 14 and a speaker 32, and the touch panel 22 is formed on the LCD 14. The LCD 14 displays the moving image object picture, for example, matched with a music. When the player touches the touch panel 22 as if directly touching the moving image object picture, whether or not touch input data and a position displaying the moving image object picture are predetermined relation is compared. According to the comparison result, different sound is generated according to, for example, a case of succeeding the touch operation and a case of failing and is output from the speaker 32.
