PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily observe the change of an object in a differential image by performing an image processing even when an object is low in contrast.

SOLUTION: An image processing part 3 generates a processing image by performing image processing on an image under image processing conditions selected by a processing condition selecting part 2, and a difference processing part 4 outputs a differential image by performing differential processing between at least two different images at the time of photographing. As for the image processing, averaging processing and contrast emphasizing processing or the like are provided.
