<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost and weight by making a head lamp device for a two-wheeled vehicle have simple constitution, to suppress the size of a head lamp body in relation to a lens, and to suppress entering of rain water and dust into the head lamp body. <P>SOLUTION: In this device, the head lamp body 30 is constituted by being abutted and held by left and right lamp stays 10, and an optical axis of the head lamp body 30 can be adjusted in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction. On left and right sides of the head lamp body 30, held parts 24 are provided along a projecting spherical surface 24a and a recessed spherical surface 22a matched with the surface 24a, which are mutually and substantially concentric.
