PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that residual air between an optical disk and a plate gives rise to an impediment, because the sticking of the plate on the optical disk is conventionally performed in the atmosphere. SOLUTION: The plate is stuck on the optical disk in a UV liquid.
