PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold-rolled steel sheet in which residual stress which is a primary factor of the generation of deformation with thermal strain is minimized when a material to be punched is heated and held. SOLUTION: Light reduction rolling is performed to a steel sheet which is cold-rolled by using small-diameter rolls at a draft of 0.2-1.0% by using rolls the outside diameter of which is≥300 mm. Residual strain which is created when the steel sheet is cold-rolled with small-diameter rolls is removed by performing the light reduction rolling using large-diameter rolls after cold rolling. After that, even when the sheet is heated to and held at a temperature of a certain degree, the generation of the deformation with thermal strain due to the release of the residual strain disappears.
