PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic liquid treatment apparatus capable of more uniformly forming an ultrasonic field in the inside or outside of a tubular treatment vessel, and improving the efficiency in treating the liquid. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic liquid treatment apparatus 100 is provided with the tubular treatment vessel 11, an oscillator 12 to generate ultrasonic waves, and a clamp 13 having the oscillator 12 and clamping the outer surface of the tubular treatment vessel 11. The clamp 13 transmits vibrations generated by the oscillator 12 to the tubular treatment vessel 11 and irradiates the ultrasonic waves from the inner and outer surfaces with the tubular treatment vessel 11 as a radiant surface. As a result, more uniform ultrasonic field is formed in the tubular treatment vessel 11, and the efficiency in the acceleration of a chemical reaction, emulsification, and liquid treatment such as wastewater treatment can be enhanced.
