PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent image quality deterioration due to luminance unevenness, a colored stain and the like generated by adhesion of an optical means in a display part of a display means. SOLUTION: A warpage suppressing member 17 is disposed between an optical sheet 16 disposed on the surface side (surface side faced to a liquid crystal panel 14) of a diffusion plate 13 and the rear surface of the liquid crystal panel 14, so that warpage of the diffusion plate 13 due to heat from a backlight 12 is suppressed by the warpage suppressing member 17 and the optical sheet 16 is not pushed to the rear surface of the liquid crystal panel 14 by the diffusion plate 13.
