PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch-shrink label which has high stiffness and high gloss, and is excellent in natural shrinkage resistance, and also excellent in sealing strength and in stretching capability. SOLUTION: In the stretch-shrink label, a print layer is prepared at least in one face of a base film configured by a center layer and surface layers which are laminated to both sides of the center layer and the center layer is composed of polyethylene or metallocene polyethylene, and the surface layers are composed of amorphous cyclic olefinic polymer and linear low density polyethylene of 5 to 40 wt% of whole surface layers and density of 0.902 to 0.935 g/cm<SP>3</SP>.
