PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PCV valve with reduced variation in flow rate in a medium boost region, while increasing a PCV gas flow rate in the medium boost region. SOLUTION: The PCV valve 10 has a cylindrical casing 20, and an approximately columnar valve element 30 axially movable in the casing 20. The valve element 30 has: a tip side valve element 31; a base end part 32 arranged concentrically with the tip side valve element 31 and having a diameter larger than that of the tip side valve element 31; and an approximately cone-shaped intermediate part 33 connecting the tip side valve element 31 with the base end part 32. The inclination of the intermediate part 33 with respect to the axial center P of its outer circumferential face 33a is gradually changed toward the circumferential direction.
