PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the travelling of a car in a frontage parking device for a vertical multi-row type elevator type parking device. SOLUTION: The elevator type parking devices 1 and 23 in/from which cars W are delivered at every parking pallet 9 and to enter and leave among each parking shelf and elevators by lifting and lowering the elevators 13 along a plurality of the parking shelves arranged at multistages up and down are constituted in a vertical multi-row type. Car-path pallets 25 with flat top faces arranged on the elevator 13 on the car entering-leaving side in the case of the entering and leaving to and from the parking device 23 on the interior side is installed to the parking device 1 on the vertical multi-row type car entering-leaving side. Turning driving devices 45 carrying in and out the car-path pallets 25 to and from entering-leaving sections are mounted on the elevator 13.
