TACKIFIER RESIN EMULSION AND ADHESIVE COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tackifier resin emulsion imparting better initial adhesiveness as compared with a conventional aqueous adhesive and having good stability even when produced without using an organic solvent and to provide an aqueous adhesive having the good initial adhesiveness. SOLUTION: The tackifier resin emulsion is obtained by emulsifying a tackifier resin in the presence of a polymeric emulsifying agent composed of an anionic monomer (A) and an alkyl (meth)acrylate (B) as main constituents and having≤110°C glass transition point.
