PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrinkle-improving external preparation which is used for the skins, has excellent wrinkle-improving effect and excellent usability, and gives an excellent sense of use. SOLUTION: This external preparation which contains a polymer aqueous dispersion comprising water and a water-insoluble coating film-forming polymer dispersed in the water, and is used for the skins, is characterized in that the main component of the coating film-forming polymer is a polyurethane having a coating film shrinkage rate of≤20 % and an acrylic polymer having a coating film shrinkage rate of≤20 %. The wrinkle-improving external preparation for the skins has a characteristic to use the coating film of the polymer having the low coating film shrinkage rate, differently from conventional wrinkle-improving external preparations using the coating films of polymers.
