PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonated leg bath preparation enabling the carbon dioxide concentration of hot water for 5-30 min throughout bathing the legs to be kept at 1,000 mg/L or higher. SOLUTION: The carbonated leg bath preparation comprises 20-60 mass% of (A) a carbonate and/or hydrogen carbonate, 9-50 mass% of (B) an organic acid, 10-70 mass% of (C) a hygroscopic agent and 0.1-10 mass% of (D) a surfactant with a melting point of 40°C or higher and an HLB number of 2-10.
