PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the reaction efficiency of dehydrogenation reaction and hydrogenation reaction. SOLUTION: A hydrogen supply and storage apparatus is disclosed for supplying and storing hydrogen by utilizing dehydrogenation reaction or hydrogenation reaction between a hydrogen supply body converted to an aromatic compound by releasing hydrogen and a hydrogen storage body comprising the aromatic compound reacting with hydrogen to store hydrogen, wherein a catalyst necessary for the dehydrogenation reaction of the hydrogen supply body or the hydrogenation reaction of the hydrogen storage body is present on a metallic block surface and the flow passage of a heating medium fluid in the metallic block is formed of a single flow passage without branching on the way.
